The Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial subdivisions, or a collegial executive body headed by the akim of the capital, region, city of republican significance, district (city of regional significance), exercising local state management and self-government within its competence in the respective territory, having concluded an electronic services agreement with the Single Operator. Access is automatically granted based on the BIN included in the digital signature of the legal entity

Bidders

an individual or non-governmental legal entity, provided they sign the User Agreement on the e-Qazyna.kz state property register web portal using a digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan

Access to the Service is provided by the Information-Accounting Center Joint Stock Company, which is defined as the Single Operator in the field of state property accounting in accordance with Decree No. 802 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011.
